Taigi, reikia downgrade'inti versiją, bet niekaip neišeina.
Steam versija.

Bandžiau:
Reinstall;
Naudoti patchinimo .exe.
Ištrinti Beta folderį kurio pas mane net nėra.
Patch'ai nepadeda, rašo kad jau yra naujesnė versija.

Man ir taip buve, bet senai. "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\Steam.exe" -beta ar kažkas panašaus turėtu būti tavo Steam shortcut'o nustatymose, tiesiog nutrink -beta ir turėtu būt gerai.

P.S. Nesu tikras nes man tai senai buvo. TIk prisimenu kad taip dariau.

Optionuose nieko nėra kiek žiūriu.
Matau kad toks va yra, tai reikia pasižiūrėt ar veiks patchint dabar.

Nepaskaičiau pavadinimo, pagalvojau apie steam beta:D

Va fix'as kuris veikia 100%
"Hey guys, I had this problem and I have found the perfect way to fix it. Open up your game folder (if in steam, its C:\Program Files\steam\steamapps\common or where ever else you might have installed it.) Delete the Games EXE file and the Server EXE file.
Then go to steam, right click on arma 2 OA and set it to only update when you want it to.
Then click the local files tab at the top and then click "Verify integrity..." this will re-download just the two EXE files you deleted. This will take a minute or 2. Once that's done, you will essentially have version 1.00 installed."
